Q. How long does it take to make a creation?
A. It typically takes 2 weeks depending on the size of the item and quantity of the order.
Q. Do you ship to U.S.Military Addresses?
A. Yes. The shipping time is still the same.
Q. Do you travel to Vend at events?
A. Yes. Contact us if you would like is to come out!
Q. I saw something on your Instagram that is not on the site, can I
still order it?
A. Yes. Even though items may not be available on this site, just send us a message and we can make and arrangements.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. No. We do not accept returns unless we agreed upon before sending item back.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. We do not offer refunds once the shipping process has started or if the item has been delievered
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. U.S. Domestic Shipping time is 2-7 days depending on location.
Q. How can I get my org featured on your site?
A. Send us a message and we can work out the details.
Q. Do you give refund on custom items?
A. No. All item are made custom there fore we cannot offer refunds. We can offer exchanges
Q. I have a design I was created, How do submit the graphic?
A. Contact us through the website.
Q. I just placed my order, how long until I receive it?
A. The minimum is 14 days all depending on the availability of the item and quantity. It can also take up to 6 weeks for large items and orders. Please keep in mind that these items are all had made and not manufactured by a machine so to craft from scratch takes time.
Q. My item does not look like the picture on the website. Why?
A. Each item is created by hand. Therefore each artist that creates tries their best to recreate the ORIGINAL graphic or design. That is why each piece is UNIQUE.
